SEPABEADS™ SP850 is a highly porous styrenic adsorbent. It has a much larger surface area and a narrower pore size distribution than DIAION™ HP20. It has also a smaller pore radius than SEPABEADS™ SP825L. It offers higher capacity for small molecules. This grade is recommended for adsorption, desalting and decolorization.

SEPABEADS™ SP207SS is a small size grade resin based on SEPABEADS™ SP207. It has higher hydrophobicity and greater selectivity for non-polar molecules, which is derived from chemically bonded bromine to the aromatic rings, than standard aromatic adsorbents. It is applied to reversed phase chromatography.

It is suitable for upward flow and batch processes due to its high particle density.

Mitsubishi DIAION™ HP21 Synthetic Adsorbents Resin Data Sheet

DIAION™ HP21 is based on a unique rigid polystyrene/divinylbenzene matrix. A controlled pore size distribution and large surface area offer excellent resolution and the capacity for a wide range of molecules, from small peptides and oligonucleotides up to large proteins. DIAION™ HP21 has relatively smaller pore radius and larger specific surface area than DIAION™ HP20.
